The image was scanned from a reprint included on p.179 of volume 1 of the 1990 Myanmar language history text ပြည်တွင်းသောင်းကျန်းမှုသမိုင်း (The History of Revolt within the Country).
The white on black text in the top right reads: "1950 - Mocking the parties and the ideologies". The text on longyi of the individual on the left reads: "peasant". The text on the sign board to the right reads: "Fried Ideologies Shop".
Unfortunately the text in the dialogue bubble is torn. The repaired Myanmar text reads: "ဟေ့ မင်း ငါ့တဲ ဘေးမှာအတင်းလါပြီး အကြော်ဖိုတည်တဲ့အတွက်၊ ငါ့တဲလဲ မီးလောင်၊ လူလဲ ညှော်မိပြီးရောဂါရ ခတ်မြန်မြန် ကြွစမ်းကွာ၊ ငါအလုပ်မလုပ်နိုင်ရင်၊ အားလုံးဒုက္ခဘဲ ကဲ သွားကွာ", which translates into English as:
"Hey! You've forcefully come and made a fire for fritters at the side of my hut. And my hut is burning, and I'm getting a pungent [ညှော်] smell that makes me sick. Please quickly get up and go away. If I can't work, everything is ruined. Okay, go away mate!"

'hnyaw' = smell of frying (neighbors are expected to shout a warning before they do some frying in case there are sick people in the neighborhood)
