...as for today, these actions have been acknowledged as workers' legal rights. Regarding the issue of strikes, in some countries where legal and illegal strikes are distinguished according to the law, it is for labour unions to check whether or not a strike is correct. 1) A strike is not allowed over a previous experience of a broken agreement. 2) Although circumstances during a strike are insufficient [workers] cannot strike with demands that lack justice. 3) Violence and bloodshed outside the law must not be committed during a strike. 4) Unnecessary danger and difficulties amongst the broader population due to a strike must be avoided as much as possible. 5) There are items such as a) submission of demands, b) negotiation in an appropriate manner by both sides, c) adherence to the government's just resolution, and d) confirmation of adequate contracts in accordance with the customary relations between the employer and the workers.

Among strikes there are many kinds of strikes that can be distinguished depending on the cause and the situation. For example, 1) a local strike, 2) a wildcat strike (a kind of strike where most union members are not included), 3) a quickie strike (a kind of strike done so that the employer does not get advance preparation), 4) a sympathetic strike (a kind of demonstration strike to help the fight of workers of the same class although it does not directly concern oneself), 5) a general strike (a kind of countrywide strike), 6) a political strike (a kind of strike across the whole country for the benefit of all people), 7) a sit down/tool down strike (...
