Translations
While electing [representatives] workers have the right to vote with secret ballots and majority preference according to their desires. Similarly, workers have the right to recall as they desire one or many labour union representatives who are elected in regards to the carrying out of resistance work and [activities for] workers' financial benefit as soon as these representatives are elected.
4) All workers have the right to challenge employers, make collective demands, conduct demonstration marches, conduct strikes, or act in any form according to law (other than armed violence) in all of the efforts of labour unions in order to protect their rights. [Workers] must not be indirectly or directly threatened, obstructed or punished with actions such as being fined or fired from work in any way for carrying out communication or activities in labour unions, or for their personal beliefs or faiths.
5) Every labour union has the right to freely promulgate the laws of its charter
free from employers' manipulation and interference, and the right to freely lay down their work activities. Labour unions have the right to attend law courts and represent [workers] to protect workers' rights.
6) Labour unions have the right to hold popular labour union assemblies, conferences or congresses without any advanced permission from government authorities and the right to plan and hold collective protests at offices, at workplaces, on public roads, in vacant area, in parks and in buildings
