Section 29
Industrial dispute resolution mechanism

According to the process of world history, stemming from the basic opposition of their respective interests, the natural relationship of the capitalist class and the working class under capitalism has never been smooth. The aims of capitalists being solely to get profit, to use workers cheaply, to reduce the highest possible wage, to increase the work time, to avoid having workers get appropriate rights, are the convention of capitalists and are like natural laws. And being workers it is natural that they desire a livelihood as people who must hire out their labour power or skill in order to get wages for their livelihood and to earn a living. In that way, the origin of the conflict of capitalists and workers began.
