Translation

12) Other than the right of labour unions to freely abolish unions in line with the constitutional rules of their association and in accordance with the desire of union members, no government authority or employer may abolish a union.

13) Labour unions have the right to make demands about meeting decisions for such things as the protection of workers' rights, the prevention of damages, and the carrying out of union projects.

14) Labour union representatives have the right to serve as representatives for general issues concerning labour unions, and the right to legally conduct discussions and negotiations, make contractual agreements, and sign contracts with relevant government authorities, work administrators, and employers.

15) Labour unions have the right to represent and speak for the benefit of all workers, concerning the problems of any worker, such as for example the appointment of work, demarcation of work time, wages, discharge from work, the drafting of labour law, and the demarcation of work rules at any level.

16) The right to collectively bargain and the right to strike are basic rights of workers. If there is harm to workers' rights for any reason in any work department, when they cannot satisfactorily negotiate an agreement, workers have the right to use the strike weapon in their hand make demands, the right to boycott, and to exhort for solidarity. While workers are striking and making demands, no one must indirectly or directly commit offense, punish or persecute [the workers].

17) In order to collectively act in solidarity with the issues of same benefit, same work, every labour union can communicate with associations, federations and partners with whom they are fond in accordance with the desire of the union members. That...
