Translation:
While jumping into a house from the window he was startled and could hear the sounds of yelling. He looked around and saw three teenage girls. Because they had makeup on their faces, although he thought they were a group of sisters he was not sure.
"The Japanese are chasing after me."
He could not finish what he was saying. He swayed as though he was going to collapse because he was very tired. In front of the girls he saw a pile of fresh mangos. He saw mango slices that someone had started to cut. In the intervals of his heart rapidly beating he happened to think "They're slicing mangos for a foreigner, I think."
"Come... fast... fast... come"
One of the girls pulled him and shoved him into a large cupboard.
"Hey... there are drops of blood here."
"They fell from his wound."
"I know they're from that."
"Hey... sis... how are you going to... oh my god!"
"Don't ask... quickly take this knife... he'll fight with us... hey... girl you
stab me with the knife, won't you... hey. Are you very ungrateful? Hey mess up your hair."
"Oh... thanks for what. I don't understand anything."
"Yeah, yeah... I'm going to kill you."
"Kill... kill. Do you dare to kill? [Do you think I will accept] this?"
