Translation:

[Other than that], where could [she] get some other job that gets as much as 125 [kyat] per month like now?

Finally, Saw Khin came to think deeply that in the present era a wife's livelihood was just one big job. That livelihood work was not bad work like other [types of work]. It was work that could get a husband. For real, in the present era, was it not the case that for the livelihood of a women, the occupation that could most set one at ease was work that could securely catch hold of a man. Any man would look for work and support his wife. If [he] could not simply find work, would [he] not covertly fight and be able to support [his wife]?

Since [she] had discarded [her] first husband, Saw Khin though hard [about how] to get a livelihood and another husband. Work for which a wife had to change one husband for a second husband was not very good. Was it not the case that if [a woman went] from a second husband to a third husband, Myanmar women would drop the status of that kind of woman? Therefore, in one life [work] that was repeatedly disheartening...

Although ရှာဖွေ generally means "look for", it doesn't mean "look for work" in လုပ်ကိုင်ရှာဖွေ. I think it means "looking for (earn) money to support himself, or his family".

ရိုးရိုးသားသား mean honestly (here) and ခိုးဝှက်တိုက်ခိုက် means sth like stealing & robbing. I think that line mean if a man couldn't earn honestly, he would even steal/rob to support his family.

အလုပ် can be translated to work literally, however, I think it is a little overused here. It means sth like "act" here. I think it is Burmese usage, and better not to translate it in English. For example,
> မိန်းမသားတစ်ယောက်သည် တစ်လင်မှ နှစ်လင်သို့ ပြောင်းလဲရသော အလုပ်သည် မကောင်းလှခေျ။
> same as မိန်းမသားတစ်ယောက်သည် တစ်လင်မှ နှစ်လင်သို့ ပြောင်းလဲရခြင်းသည် မကောင်းလှခေျ။
> It is not good for a woman to get remarried repeatedly.

အတွက်နှင့် = for
> Saw Khin thought hard about getting another husband for livelihood.

မြန်မာအမျိုးသား = Myanmar men, not Myanmar women
