Translation:

To,

I write to inform Disciple U Sandawbatha and all associate monks in order for all of you to know. I have handed over the Buddha image, ordination hall and monastery to Noh Phyu Monk and Bo Mya. As soon as you get this letter all of the monks must descend quickly with only the single monastic robe which you always wear.

All items that are left behind, leave them behind. Do not bring one single item.

Immediately upon receiving this letter implement and comply with [my order]. Do not wait. That is all.

Sayadaw U Thuzana Myaing Gyi Ngoo
At the end of [reading] the letter all monks and lay visitors were shocked.

"Ha... how can it be that way? We have worked hard for eight months and fifteen days without being free day or night. Why did he have to give it to them?"

"And consider the financial cost, It's not just 5 or 10 kyat. Well over 2,900,000 [Thai] baht has been spent."

"Yeah, and since we didn't have that 2,900,000 baht in total we had to skimp and save and search [for it]. And then all the monks and lay supporters worked without rest. Why must is be given away?"

"That's not fitting. Because Monk Rambo wants this monastery he has evicted Myaing Gyi Ngoo Sayadaw."

"Yeah, that's possible."

With that, each person began talking loudly.

As for the monks, [they said] to each other...

"Well, what are we going to do U Sandaw?"

"Please say what you wish to be done."
