လှမ်းလှမ်း ။ distance
ထိန် ။ shinning, glowing
မှောင် ။ dark
ပြန့်ကျဲ ။ scattered; be spread out
တာရာ ။ constellation

ဘုန်းသမ္ဘာ ။ glory
စိုးစံ ။ reign and rule

Translation:

A short distance away at the side of the surroundings, flashlights entered while shinning. Aside from the houses of the village head and the carpenters who got monthly salaries of 70 kyat, it was all dark in the little coolie village. From between the clouds that were scattered in the sky, some constellations of stars were residing with white faces.

At that time...

"Lord, save the glorious king so that he may he have a long life. While joyfully taking victory, may the glorious ascend to reign and rule."
